You can burn excess fat by incorporating thigh fat exercises and other exercises into your daily exercise routine and these can be done in the privacy of your home. As you lie down on your right side, keep your ankles, and hips in line to your shoulders; begin slowly to raise your leg as high as you possibly can. Hold briefly and then get back to the starting posture.  Repeat ten times and then change sides and repeat the process.  This is one of the effective thigh fat exercises that will help to burn excess thigh fat.

Lose thigh fat with Inner Thigh Lift

Just like the previous exercise, lie down on your left side, ensuring that your ankles, hips and shoulders are in line with each other. Bend your right knee to an angle of 90 degrees.  Now very slowly begin to raise your left leg as high as you can, hold a while and then get back to the starting posture.  Repeat ten times. Change sides and repeat this exercise at least ten times.

If you are on the lookout for other ways to burn extra adipose, add push-ups as these can help burn up excess fat from arms and shoulders.  Try doing a few jumping jacks and also jogging in one place as both these exercises are beneficial for burning away excess fat. Regularly doing thigh fat exercises will not only help you burn fat, but will also make you feel energetic.
